Our sessions and workshops are based around the 8 pillars of wellbeing, an evidence-based framework borrowed from decades of wellbeing research.
The diversity of topics allows wellbeing to be comprehensive in a way that isn't overwhelming, with each pillar delivered in its own session. This also keeps wellbeing engaging and relevant for the diversity of your organisation or community. Covering the less talked about but very real dimensions of wellbeing doesn't mean your team doesn't have these issues, it does mean that you're reaching further across your workforce, and meeting more of your peoples needs.

the advantage of diversity
Diversity in education allows for a reduction of absenteeism in a range of different factors including disconnection, financial stress or burnout. It also supports retention, with individuals feeling genuinely invested in and supported as people rather than just in their roles. We know this allows for a stronger EVP in today's tight talent market and gives Learning & Development and wellbeing efforts something consistent and real to point to.
Proactively addressing psychosocial risk-factors before they turn into incidents and helping to promote this psycho-safety through in-person and hybrid education (not just HR frameworks), is a real advantage for culture as well. Through showing the team that they’re invested in through their conditions rather than only their output demonstrates a duty of care that top talent is looking for and expecting.
What are the Pillars of Wellbeing?
They are a whole-person approach to wellbeing. With an understanding that each individual has more to them than “good” or “bad” mental health.
They acknowledge the spectrum of each person, and invite in an opportunity to approach wellbeing in a way that is more closely aligned to each of the aspects that make us all human. Each pillar is interconnected, with physical wellbeing, affecting emotional wellbeing, and emotional wellbeing affecting social wellbeing. We offer wellbeing that is rich in diversity of topics, cultivating an environment of continuous learning, engagement and allows for a ripple effects to embed well-being into the fabric of the culture.
Each workshop and session is bringing us closer to reshaping the way we approach our wellbeing in a micro and macro scale.

Our outlook is that modern workplaces need to be value-adding for their team in order to stay competitive; and so do we.
We go beyond one-off obligatory meditation classes and choose to bring corporate wellbeing to your team through an integrative approach. This means real education, by those who are in the know in a way that is inclusive for all of the team. Our sessions can slot into the lunchtime break and can be planned around when is best for your team.
Inclusivity to us means equitable access to health and wellbeing knowledge. Brought to your team on a range of topics - in a way that's fun and engaging.
