THE WORKPLACE IS CHANGING AND WE'RE HERE FOR IT
Evo Workshops was founded by Sylvia Mouzakis - with a background in corporate culture and events, she's seen firsthand the power of well thought out workplace experiences and how they can elevate a team. The program has been intentionally curated to bring impactful, wellbeing driven sessions to businesses and communities that want to invest in their people and create lasting change.
Sylvia believes employees deserve support, care, and genuine investment from their workplaces. She wants learning to be colourful, multi-dimensional, and reach parts of people's wellbeing they haven't thought about. Sylvia believes that when we show up to work we deserve to be treated with care and poured back into - and that when businesses do this, people stay, work better, and feel better.
Evo Workshops is a movement toward a healthier, more inclusive, and engaged workplace. Our 60 and 90 minute sessions are designed to spark real conversations, foster connection, and elevate company culture through the lens of genuine, comprehensive wellbeing.
We're passionate about helping businesses prioritize their employees in a way that drives both personal and professional growth. If you're ready to host a workplace event that truly makes a difference, let's make it happen together!
As workplaces evolve to meet the changing needs of employees, the focus has shifted beyond just productivity - we're finding merit in creating environments where people feel valued, inspired, and fulfilled. Work-life balance is now a driving force behind career choices, and feeling genuinely appreciated often outweighs salary alone.
We are passionate about helping businesses build vibrant, people-first workplaces - places where employees feel energized, engaged, and empowered to grow. Through a thoughtfully curated series of workshops and talks, we bring fresh perspectives, transformative learning, and moments of inspiration that break routine for your team.

Many years ago, there was a director who would walk into the small office each day and shout out "WHO WANTS MY JOB? WHO WANTS IT TODAY?"
Each morning, we would sit in silence, trying to move swiftly past the tense and uncomfortable tone that was set for the day. There was no room for growth in that office.
I didn't really have a name for what was missing yet, now we call it psychological safety, but I knew a workplace could and sometimes does feel like that stale, uncomfortable, and I never wanted to contribute to something like that.
Not long after, I was given a different kind of room. I was working in a co-working space, and had the flexibility, time and trust to put together sessions and activities that were made for joy and to spark interest, and were a little unusual. Watching these play out, I saw something happen that I hadn't quite planned for, the community was growing together, people were showing up for each other, there were more conversations, more openness between them and shared activities that would anchor them to maintaining that connection. They seemed visibly more excited to be in the space.
These were two completely different rooms, there was one that took and gave nothing back, and one that gave the people that bring it to life something to look forward to, something to talk about with each other, and something to take home to their communities. The difference between those rooms has always felt striking.
Unfortunately this was not about one grumpy boss, this pattern has shown up at every stage of business I've seen. People are expected to perform at their highest level, indefinitely with nothing going back into them, no motivation or exchange in the space they're expected to produce within, outside of that paycheck. When that reciprocity exists, a genuine loop of giving and receiving, everyone benefits, the people and the business alike.
But without it, these uncomfortable situations are not sustainable, and that performance-expectation relationship is not how we are built to connect with each other. I've also seen people close to me face prejudice at work over things they had no control over, like neurodivergence, which is part of why sessions on neuro-affirming workplaces have always had a place in ours.
Then in 2024, following another redundancy, I watched workplaces that used to strive to be great places to work evolve into something unrecognisable, all of those values flew out the window. These spaces now housed people who felt neglected, burnt out and tossed to the side. At this point, I knew it was the right time to build something that gave back.
So, if Evo Workshops was a place, and not a service, this is what it would be:
It would be the rooms in a castle, not one that's cold, but a warmly heated one, the kind with toasty windows on a winter evening. Each room would have its own scent, and lighting, and would wake up a new part of your brain. With bright yellow sparks against the dark stone walls, a flash of insight inspiring those who enter. The name carries all of that as well, Evo, for evolving, for evoking, and for building on who you already are.
The eight pillars of wellbeing are also intentional. I found them by listening to my colleagues, friends and peers. I was brainstorming sessions, putting them into different categories and quickly realised wellbeing was so much bigger than just the emotional and the physical. I had had a colleague grieving about the state of the world; and I had another weighed down by financial stress that was towering over her psyche. Every pillar turned out to be connected to every other, even when it doesn't look that way at first glance. Intellectual wellbeing is the one closest to me. It feeds my curiosity, my need to discover things, and it's the pillar that created Evo Workshops as much as any of the sessions we deliver.
The wonderful, involved wellbeing managers are usually the ones who find us. They took a people and culture role because they genuinely cared about people, and they've found that the job rarely lets that energy of care flourish the way they'd hoped when they'd entered the role. On a Friday at 4pm, they're tired from wondering whether any of it actually landed, for the employees and for the leadership team they have to keep justifying it to. That's who I also have had in mind when creating Evo Workshops, I'm here to champion the wellbeing champions, and give them something to show for their work.
There are things I'll never cut from a session, even though no client has ever once asked for them. Evoke Reflection Cards sit on every table, warming the people in the room up before a any words or exchanges have been spoken, they are there encouraging people to notice how each pillar already touches their own life at that point. At the end, we hand out seeded thank you cards, plantable, able to grow into herbs or flowers. Much like I hope the session has seeded something too.
One of my favourite sessions we've run was on navigating change with confidence. I watched an entire room light up, people from completely different backgrounds trading ideas, building something together in real time, guided by a facilitator who made it feel like it was magic. It was one of my favourite moments when the whole idea of wellbeing stops being a strong theory, and becomes a room full of people actually learning and connecting with each other.
That's what I want to hear echo out three months later too. The session coming up in a Slack message, or around a dinner table, or in a text to a friend. I want it to feel like a warm hug the workplace wasn't expected to give. A company or team starting to feel like a community.
If you meet me before I've said a single word about Evo Workshops, I hope what you feel is how much I adore all of the principles behind what we do here. The planning, curating and the small sensory details in each session. I hope you feel like you're in safe hands, and that something colourful is about to be built for your people.
Nobody teaches you how to breathe at work. Evo Workshops is the space where someone finally shows you.

What's Evo Workshops?
Evo Workshops is a workplace wellbeing organisation specialising in programs tailored to an array of industries. We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions, within a program, designed to enhance employee wellbeing and DEI by connecting and educating your team. We are passionate about aiding company culture and bringing your employees that 'aha' moment that will help them far beyond the office.
Are your workshops customizable?
While the content of our workshops are not customizable and follow a fixed structure based on the 8 pillars of wellbeing, the timing of them are. This ensures a high-quality, evidence-based approach that covers our 8 essential dimensions of wellbeing and gives your team variety of insights learnt throughout the year.
We are able to customize the timing of each session so that they perfectly align with your company's goals and values. This may look like a Spiritual Pillar of meditation and breathwork coming into the busy season, or a Physical Pillar of Nutrition for a busy workday at the beginning of the calendar year.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on your company size and needs. We offer our package as a full year of 8 sessions, a 6 month package with 4 sessions, or a 3 month package offering 2 sessions; with pricing for small to large groups.
How many participants can attend a workshop?
We recommend a group size that allows for maximum engagement, after all, the more participants, the more each employee will recieve out of the experience. We are able to accommodate both small teams and larger groups - from 10 to 150 (with some flexibility). We also encourage leadership to attend session. Contact us for details on capacity.
