How We Work
We offer your organisation wellbeing sessions based upon the 8 Pillars of Wellbeing. That means 8 sessions throughout your year offered both onsite, remote or hybrid.
Sessions can be 60 minutes with an hour long seminar run by our team, or 90 minutes, offering a 60 minute seminar and associated activity to strengthen skills learnt.
Each session offers actionable information and include digital resources for everyone in your team.
